This week I am doing the workouts...my first time working out in over a yr since getting pregnant *high risk so I wasn't allowed to work out much* and then complications from my nightmare tubal *that story is in the Sept archives*. So my body is FINALLY getting exercises it has so badly needed.
I am feeling stronger and loving working out. I am beyond sore but LOVE IT!
But man only losing a pound BOO!! Yes I know muscles is smaller than fat and that is the over all goal to lose the extra body fat! But not seeing the scale move is a bummer cause I have 75 lbs I would like to lose @!#$%@#%$
But, I will BE STRONGER, MORE CONFIDENT, SMALLER *body size wise* I WILL BE A SUCCESS!! cause I will not quit!!
Today was Cardio, and it kicked my butt. The planks GAG!! the lunges ugghh!! but I know my body will love it down the road!! :)
Today I had a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup YUMMY *Shakeology form of course!! Sooo good!! I also bought a mixed bagged lettuce today and OMG it was soooo much better than the plastic tubs I usually buy! I will no longer buy the tub things. I actually enjoyed eating a bowl of lettuce by itself it had such a fresh crisp taste! Does that make sense?
